A lot of people do not want to live in a community with an HOA. Just be sure you understand what that means. A city or town *may* have regulations regarding how well a property is maintained. Without an HOA, there are no limits on rentals, number of vehicles parked in driveways (or yards or on the street), the color a house is painted (creativity is fun until your next door neighbor is painted bright purple). Sometimes it’s hard to find a neighborhood with the right balance. Food for thought. 🥘 💭

Growing up in the Brock household in the ‘70’s and ‘80’s, was a constant presence. (I thought that everyone listened to Herbie - they should have). Today, he was honored with a degree from as our ‘25 BSE and ‘26 MEng jazz loving, trombone playing son graduated. Our son was thrilled that Hancock was there (and tried to hunt him down) and so were we. Thank you, PU and Mr Hancock! So cool that HH was an engineering major, too!
