Yep, we sure are! But I thought this was more of a Buyers Market? It is.

This week:
🧡 Two new listings
🧡 Three showings on Day 1 for each home
🧡 Two offers for each home
🧡 We now have happy buyers and happy sellers

Moral? I can’t predict or promise how quickly a home will sell. If you see a home that you like, you need to make an offer. You may not be the only one who likes it.

Everyone says this is becoming a Buyers Market. What exactly does that mean?

🔶buyers will probably not be in a multiple offer situation
🔶the houses are sitting a little longer on the market
🔶due diligence fees are lower (non refundable money)
🔶More flexibility with the purchase price

However, the seller still owns the house and they make the decision what they’re willing to accept.
