Here’s what’s happening in the market:

📊 Homes are selling – 495 sold, up 6.7% from last year. Buyers are active!

⏳ Taking a bit longer – Average 79 days on market (was 74 last year). Homes are still moving, just slower.

💰 Prices are up – Average sale $236,722, a 12.5% increase from last year.

📈 More choices – 620 new listings (+2.5%) giving buyers more options.

💵 Market’s still strong – Total sales $117.2M, up 20% from last year.

Bottom line: Steady, balanced market. Prices rising, inventory improving, buyers out there—but not as fast as a few years ago.
