Stanley Martin Homes announces the development and opening of Quartz District, a 145-acre mixed-use community that will bring more than 1,000 new homes, walkable retail, and meaningful amenities to one of Prince William County’s most sought-after locations. Situated at 13920 Minnieville Road and less than five minutes from I-95 and Potomac Mills, Quartz District will be a vibrant destination for homeowners, businesses, and visitors.

Land and infrastructure development are well underway, marking a major milestone for the project. When complete, the Quartz District will offer townhomes and 2-level townhome-style garage condos expected to start in the upper $400s to $500s, along with planned amenities including a community pool, clubhouse, walking trails, open green space, and multiple playgrounds.

Cabin Branch at Quantico Creek is a 191-townhome development proposed for 31.5 acres south of the Shoppes at Quantico Center along Van Buren Road. The townhomes would be near Interstate 95, and the development would include nearly 23.5 acres of open space.

Chinn Landing is a 47-townhome project proposed for 15-acres north of the former Penny’s Used Auto Parts on Minnieville Road in Woodbridge. The development would include 6.3 acres of open space, a trail, a pocket park and an outdoor gym. The Prince William Board of County Supervisors has already approved a 337-townhome project, β€œAshford Glen,” on the site of the former Penny’s Used Auto Parts, which is also along Minnieville Road.

More than 360 additional new homes are one step closer to approval in areas across Prince William County, including Haymarket, Woodbridge and Dumfries.
