Nancy Is Determined, Detailed and Omniscient - She Gets The Job Done!
I had an absolutely incredible experience buying my new home with Nancy DellaVecchio. After several months of searching for the right home, I found the house of my dreams. Nancy & I went to view the home 1 hour after it went on the market - I knew it was the home for me. I had a few questions about the property and Nancy immediately called the owner's agent. She learned that 2 offers were being submitted that day. I decided to offer above the asking price. Nancy guided me through a competitive offer process with expert advice. She suggested I be "creative" with my offer and recommended I submit a letter to the owners along with my offer. Twenty-four hours later, with 7 offers submitted (mine wasn't even the highest), Nancy got the call - my offer had been accepted! She was at the airport waiting for her flight to Italy to attend her daughter's wedding. Although she had arranged for an associate to work with me while she was in Italy, Nancy handled the entire home purchasing process - from communications with the closing attorney, loan officer, owner's agent and me - while overseas! I can't say enough about Nancy's professionalism and uncanny ability to get the job done - no matter the challenge. If you want a reliable, trustworthy and dedicated real estate agent, I cannot recommend Nancy DellaVecchio highly enough! love my new home and have Nancy to thank!
