🏡❤️ MARISA & ALEX… YOU GOT THE HOUSE!!! 🔑🎉
Some moments in real estate just hit a little differently. This was definitely one of them! 🥹❤️

The last 7 days have been an absolute MAD DASH to find the right home, in the right neighborhood, for a family that truly needed a win!
Marisa and Alex were under a lot of pressure. With their current rental becoming unavailable at the start of the new year, the clock was ticking. They needed a place to call HOME, and we wanted to make sure they were settled before the holidays! 🎄🏡
Thankfully, being LOCAL matters! Knowing Delaware County, having strong relationships with other agents throughout DELCO, and knowing how to navigate a competitive market helped us make this happen in just 7 DAYS! 🙌🏻
And when we finally got the news that their offer was accepted? Man… the emotions were REAL. 🥹
Relief. Happiness. Gratitude. We all had tears in our eyes. It was one of those moments that reminds me exactly why I love what I do.
And here’s the part that really melted my heart…
Their sweet 4-year-old daughter said:
💕 “I really like Chris because he always calls me princess when I see him.” 👸
Come on now… how do you beat that?! ❤️
Another special part of this journey was having my own daughters, Carsyn and Sadie, along for most of our showings! Those girls are such a huge help, and getting to share moments like these with them makes this career even more rewarding.
