5️⃣ Offer, Negotiate & Go Under Contract-
Once you find the home you love, I’ll help you craft a strong, strategic offer and navigate negotiations. This phase is all about protecting you while putting your best foot forward.
6️⃣ Inspections, Appraisal & Loan Processing-
During this period, you’ll complete inspections, your lender will order the appraisal, and your loan moves into final underwriting. I guide you through each step so nothing feels confusing or rushed.
7️⃣ Closing Day-
