This Thursday, NOREIA welcomes Zachary Beach, CEO of Smart Real Estate Coach, for our Main Monthly Meeting.

Two great opportunities to learn with NOREIA this week.

Tonight, Linda Locascio will be leading our Ask the Expert Zoom session on Lease Options. This is a powerful strategy for real estate investors, and it’s a great chance to learn directly from Linda and bring your questions.

Then on Thursday, David Birdsong will be presenting at our main NOREIA meeting in Metairie on Asset Protection Strategies. He’ll cover what investors need to know about protecting what they’ve built, including LLCs, liability insurance, and practical risk management.

We’ll also have market and legal updates, Haves and Wants, and plenty of time to network with other investors, vendors, and real estate professionals.

We have 2 great meetings this week.

Tuesday is our Ask an Expert event on Short-Term Rentals. Bring your questions for NOREIA Director and STR Operator Stan Ginzburg. This a Virtual event, there is no cost to attend but you do need to be a NOREIA Member.

Thursday is our Main Meeting with experienced local operator Chris Genard. Chris has done a wide variety of strategies from flipping, rentals, STR's, Self Storage and Boutique hotels. He is know for being a skilled and opportunistic investor that adapts to the market. This will be a great event and will have market and legal updates and lots of networking opportunities.

This main meeting is open to everyone, it is free for members and $20 for non-members.
