❌ real estate myth: the end of the calendar year is slow for real estate. I just want to “sit tight” until the start of the new year.
✅ real estate fact: each market is unique. In the New Orleans metro area, we see an uptick at the end of the year. People rather “wrap up” their real estate needs before Mardi Gras season arrives 🤣
