When you represent the seller in a real estate transaction, you don’t always get to choose the title company. Today was one of those days when I took a deep breath. I asked for the restroom key (the first sign was a shared restroom) and then I was handed a set of keys attached to a LICENSE PLATE (sign #2). Then I was told, “don’t leave the key in the bathroom because we won’t be able to get it out” 🤣🤣🤣
The final sign was when I flipped the license plate/ ash tray/ key ring over and saw it was processed or made at Angola State Prison

Look, the sale closed. Everyone left happy. It was a smooth closing, just different. You need to be fluid as an agent. It takes all kinds and we all have the same goal in mind. You serve your clients’ best interests! You have to go outside of your comfort zone when needed!
