BIG NEWS! Louisiana has added $50 MILLION to the Louisiana's Fortified Roof Program. This is in addition to the $30 Million Funding that comes from the insurance industry from taxes and fees they pay to do business in the state.
Through the last 30 months, 4,935 fortified roofs have been installed, 444 currently being installed and another 245 applicants are submiited/in process. "Real Homes. Real Families. Real Risk Reduction. Real Savings." - Tim Temple

Another month of POSITIVE NEWS: All Stats are tracking UP! 😀Listings are up slighty 3.4%, Pending Sales are up 14.9% and Closed sales are up 8.7% Year to Date. Even through Days are Market are not what we love to see, and are rising slighty, properties are still selling! There's 5695 properties on the market for your choosing, AND new ones being listed every day!
