Each month Louisiana REALTORS® brings you the latest real estate statistics. Here are the stats for JULY 2026, and they are very similar to June 2026. New Listing Numbers are slightly down, PENDING SALES and CLOSED SALES are tracking UP! 😀YTD Listings are down slighty 0.4%, Pending Sales are up 8.5% and Closed sales are up 7.0% Year to Date. Days are Market stats continue to rise slightly, and are not what we love to see, yet properties are still selling! There's 5712 properties on the market for your choosing, AND new ones being listed every day!
