Whew…when I say this was one of the most challenging deals I’ve ever had !😮‍💨 but WE DID IT!!

My buyers were out of state so all tours had to be done virtually. There were countless obstacles, unexpected issues, delays, late nights, and moments when it felt like we might not make it to the closing table, but giving up was never an option!🙅‍♀️

In the end, we were able to secure this move-in-ready, 4 bedroom home in a great location at an amazing price AND with instant equity!🙌

I’m beyond grateful for my team and everyone who worked behind the scenes answering calls after hours, finding solutions, putting out fires, and doing whatever was necessary to get this one CLOSED 🙌 It truly took patience, persistence, teamwork, and a whole lot of prayer 😂🙏🏽

Some deals remind you exactly why experience and having the right people in your corner matter. This was definitely one of them!
