Ytech secured a $25 million construction loan from BanescoUSA to expand the historic Nolan House mansion at 1548 Brickell Avenue, establishing its new corporate headquarters in Miami’s Brickell district.

The 1926 estate, one of the last remaining homes from Brickell’s original “Millionaire’s Row,” is being transformed into a centralized hub for Ytech’s operations, bringing design, development, marketing, and sales together under one roof.
