After graduating from college with a degree in Accounting, Michael Garcia spent more than a decade working for a highly respected South Florida CPA firm. During his tenure, he worked alongside one of the owners of the CPA firm who also worked as a local real estate agent. This relationship, along with knowledge gained through participating in family real estate transactions, gave him a look into t

he industry and a feel for the many opportunities in the Miami market. Following his success in the Finance industry, and bolstered by his affinity for numbers, statistics, and negotiation, Michael earned his real estate license and began his foray into the lucrative South Florida luxury residential market. His penchant for client service, savvy negotiating skills, and confidence have given Michael a fast start in the real estate sector.
