Florida just recorded its 11th consecutive month of year-over-year growth in closed sales, and buyers are starting to come back to the table. 👀

Here’s the July snapshot:

📈 23,870 single-family closings | +5.1% YoY
📈 8,194 condo/townhouse closings | +11% YoY
🏡 Single-family median: $425,000 | +3.7%
🏢 Condo/townhouse median: $295,000 | unchanged
📊 Inventory: 4.5 months single-family | 7.8 months condo/townhouse
🔑 Pending sales are also up in both categories.

The takeaway? Buyers may be getting back into the market despite mortgage rates remaining elevated.
