VEC Development is a full service construction management group dedicated to building and supervising real estate home construction throughout Florida. It also oversees renovations and remodeling of homes. VEC Development has the backing of a group of developers and investors who carefully target projects for the construction of spec homes. The group carries out research, performs due diligence and all aspects related to the availability and profitability of a potential project. Once the target area is found and a viable lot is selected and purchased, the permitting and construction process begins. VEC Development manages the process from beginning to end and ensures that the process is finished with quality and up to the latest standards and code requirements. Recent projects include single family homes located near the Falls area. New projects which are currently underway include single family homes near The Falls area in south Miami and a Townhouse project in the Coconut Grove area. The Owner
VEC Development was founded by Vanessa Certain following her family’s footsteps. Vanessa comes from Barranquilla, Colombia where she grew up in a family that has developed homes and buildings for decades. If you have a project that you need to have done, Vanessa can assist you through the whole process. To learn more, feel free to contact us at: 305-859-1862 – [email protected].

This residence transitions from a bright, gallery-inspired corridor surrounded by natural light and tropical views into a dramatic media room featuring warm wood paneling, custom illuminated shelving, and a rich, sophisticated color palette.

Beautiful design is in the details, and thoughtful construction brings those details to life.

The art of open-concept living. 💫
Warm natural wood tones, sleek marble waterfall edges, and a seamless transition straight out to the pool. When natural light hits a kitchen like this, design speaks for itself.
What’s your favorite detail—the Wolf range, the marble backsplash, or that color-coded bookshelf in the back? 👇
