There is something special about forever clients. I helped them buy this little bungalow as their first home a few years ago, but life events have brought on a relocation sooner than expected.

We were challenged to find a buyer who would, and could, assume a solar panel loan attached to the house along with the mortgage. This was no easy feat but when they could have let the frustration take over, my clients stayed the course and were so gracious through everything.

Not only did the perfect buyer come along, she was brought by the perfect agent and lender- which is extremely rare! We all had to truly team up to tackle the solar company to keep closing on track. There was no “not my job, your sides problems, etc etc” It may have taken a little longer than a “normal” transaction, but everyone is happy and that’s the true win!

What started out as a blind internet lead years ago, has turned into a special friendship I’m very grateful for 💝
