Since her first real estate purchase at the age of 21, Miesha has assisted others in the sale and purchase of properties in nearly every county of the Bay Area including the North, East, and South Bay regions, and many of the various neighborhoods within the city of San Francisco. Having worked closely with three major developers and their contractors on dozens of projects each, she is very familiar with design strategies from cosmetic to full renovations and is able to advise her clients regarding approaches to achieve their goals in the most efficient and maximized ways possible. A lover of everything Bay Area, she considers each day living here to be an adventure — whether hiking out into rolling hills and creek-side woods from her own backyard, crossing one or two bridges to meet a new client in theirs, checking out all the best food spots, or photographing the stunning historic architecture, parks, and shorelines nearby. Miesha holds a Bachelor of Arts in communication from the University of California, Davis. She is a licensed real estate broker in the state of California and is a licensed Realtor® member of the National Association of Realtors®, California Association of Realtors®, Marin Association of Realtors®, San Francisco Association of Realtors®, and the Bay Area Association of Realtors®.
