A month and a half ago, I met these wonderful buyers from Madison looking to relocate to the Milwaukee area; we quickly set out to find a place they could truly call home. We toured a handful of properties, stayed patient, and waited for the right one instead of settling.

When we finally found the one, we moved quickly. After negotiating from July 21–23, I’m excited to share that we secured an accepted offer this morning UNDER asking price! 🎉
