Closing Day 🤩
Some weeks in real estate — and life — are heavier than others. 🩷
Wednesday started with a 6:00 a.m. flight home from Florida after spending time helping my dad following emergency surgery. By the time I landed in Minnesota, it was straight back to work and ending the day at a final walkthrough with the Dahls and their four littles.
Yesterday morning, Nicolas & Allison officially closed on their new home at Avenue Title — and we grabbed a quick SOLD photo before everyone headed back to real life, work, kids, and all the chaos that comes with moving. 😊
Real estate is never just “buying a house.” It’s late nights, changing plans, family emergencies, inspections, paperwork, emotions, problem-solving, and somehow still showing up for the people counting on you.
And honestly? I wouldn’t trade it.
So happy for the Dahl family and excited for this next chapter for them. 🏡❤️
(And yes… we’re planning a proper SOLD photo in front of the house with all four kids soon because that moment deserves its own celebration. 😊)
