I love the vibes of this 1950’s rambler! Complete with pine paneling and shuffle board tiling in the basement, it’s the epitome of “we’re the cool family who hosts weekend game nights” nostalgia.

This market is heating up and starting to move fast.. and last night, so did we.

We were touring this home a few hours after my clients sent it to me. Then after a long evening of strategizing and submitting our offer at 11:30pm, we officially got it signed this morning. Just a few hours later… a stronger offer came in. But it was too late.

Because we had already locked it down. 😎
