I started in residential Real Estate sales and worked my way to becoming a top-producing agent. My business was repeat, referral, and people I met at open houses. I loved selling homes and swore I would never become a Broker. In late 2006, I was offered a position as a Team Leader at a large Real Estate company. As a Team Leader, I discovered my passion for working with agents and helping them gro
w professionally, as well as personally. Ultimately, this led me to obtain my Broker's license. A few years later, I purchased a RE/MAX franchise with the goal of building a company grounded in my true vision of what I thought a brokerage should be. My focus intensified on training, guiding, teaching, and inspiring agents to achieve their goals, whatever they may be. Every agent's situation is unique, so personal goals always factor into how I guide my agents. I’ve also always felt it was important for my agents to be the most skilled in their field, which is why I constantly stress the importance of fine-tuning their skills. My passion for Real Estate continues to feed my desire to keep up with advancing technology, Real Estate laws, and the ever-changing Real Estate business. I love the fast-paced nature of this business and how it’s constantly evolving. I believe the key to success is to stay ahead of the changes and embrace them.
