🏡 Mitchell’s August Market Update is here!

Compared to August 2025, August 2026 showed some strong shifts in the market. The biggest headline is the average sale price, which jumped to $326,988, up from $206,524 last year. That is a significant increase.

We also saw 19 pending listings, up from 12, while new listings edged up slightly to 21.
