We’re still seeing steady demand, but with supply increasing at the same rate, buyers have more choices than they did previously. That means pricing strategy and condition matter more than ever.

Homes are still selling, but they’re not flying off the market without competition. The average 67 days on market shows that buyers are taking their time and comparing options. The homes that win right now are the ones priced correctly from the start and positioned well from a presentation standpoint.
