On this day, I was still living in Jamaica 🇯🇲, and my entire country watched in disbelief. This tragedy wasn’t just a United States 🇺🇸 tragedy. It was a tragedy for all of humanity.

We were all affected, and we will always remember and mourn the innocent lives lost, as well as honor the heroes who bravely risked and sacrificed their lives to save others.

Homes are selling for about $145 per square foot, with a median of 47 days on the market. Buyer activity remains strong, but buyers are paying close attention to price and condition.

📍 Baldwin County
Homes are selling for about $198 per square foot, with a median of 63 days on the market. Buyers may have more negotiating room, especially on properties that have been sitting longer.

Mortgage rates eased slightly to around 6.65%, but correct pricing and preparation still matter. The market is moving—it’s just moving differently depending on the neighborhood, price range, and property type.
