Being busy with the boys and sports, we definitely neglected things around the house. I was embarrassed my porch had no personality. During a meeting at work, we were told that AI is being under utilized. So I decided to ask ChatGPT to give me suggestions on beautifying my porch. 😂

My favorite Bible is the one my mom gave me when I was in 5th grade. She had it inscribed with ‘Michelle His Beloved’ It’s been well loved and is presently held together by tape. It has lots of notes and highlights in it- all the waaayyy back for over 30 years 😱
I recently bought another Bible that is the version my church commonly uses AND it has BIGGER print 🤭 (since I need that nowadays).

Regardless of the Bible I use- I love that my mom knew how precious I feel being called ‘His beloved.’ It’s a love so unspeakable. 🤍

🌻 2129 Viking Lane was special 🌻

The seller was referred to me and I had no idea how meaningful it would be. Selling her home from a hospital bed was probably not ideal, but each time I saw her she encouraged me in my faith and love for Jesus. When I would meet her to tell her each milestone accomplished in the transaction she would shout a hearty, “Hallelujah“!

Selling the home was imperative- she needed it sold so she could move states away to be with family that could care full time for her. God made a way and I was the vessel He used. I’m changed and grateful for the opportunity.

Three weeks ago she asked me to stop bringing her flowers because she couldn’t stand the thought of throwing them away when she left. So… I found a sun catcher with flowers to send on her journey and hopefully she’ll be encouraged. I said, “See ya later” on Sunday and I might’ve cried a little 🥲 both happy and sad tears. I miss her, but I know she made it where she needed to be. 💛

I had the pleasure of selling this lovely couple’s home so they could buy their DREAM HOME 🏡

Thank you Jordan and Nicole for inviting me into your dream with you. It was such a pleasure to work with you and get to know you so well.

We were able to negotiate additional seller credits and close a little sooner than anticipated with the sales representative’s willingness. It was a mighty team effort and required much trust.

We were able to utilize a small rent back to keep the intricate time and details coming along. Thank you for leaning on me through this experience. It wasn’t always simple, but it was worth it!

6 years ago to THE day I started this real estate journey. It’s more like a ministry- listening to a client’s needs and seeing what I can do to help. Very few deals are just deals when I sell a home. Home buying and selling is extremely personal and it can be exciting, beautiful, stressful and a little messy at times.
