Today, on National Law Enforcement Day, we want to take a moment to honor and sincerely thank our two outstanding Courtesy Officers here at Shadow Hawk Apartments...

💙 Resident Appreciation Spotlight 💙

Today, we want to take a moment to honor someone truly special to our community. THE Ms. Alberta Simmons, our longest-running resident.

Ms. Simmons first made Oakmont Apartments her home back in 2013, and she has been with us through it all. She witnessed the transition from Oakmont Apartments to Shadow Hawk in 2014, and through every change, improvement, and new chapter, she has remained a constant part of our community.

For more than a decade, Ms. Simmons has helped shape the heart of this property simply by calling it home. Her longevity is a testament to the sense of community we strive to create, and we are incredibly grateful for her continued residency, loyalty, and presence.

Thank you, Ms. Simmons, for choosing us year after year. Residents like you are the reason Shadow Hawk is more than just apartments…it’s home. 🏡✨
