Your air conditioning filters should be swapped out if they have not been changed in a few months. Clogged filters make your system work harder and cost you more.

Take a look at your gutters and downspouts too. Spring rain can leave behind debris that blocks drainage, and summer storms will only make it worse.

One of the things I love most about living in Central New Jersey is how the communities come alive in the summer.

Farmers markets pop up on weekends. Kids ride bikes down tree-lined streets. Neighbors wave from their porches. Local restaurants set up outdoor seating, and there is always a concert or festival happening somewhere nearby.
