Having nearly 20 years of Real Estate experience, I am currently a broker-salesperson and team member within a top-notch, award-winning sales group at our Montclair NJ office. I take great pride in helping my clients navigate the challenges that any real estate deal may present, and I strive to create the best experience possible, always surpassing their expectations. When making the largest purchase one can do, you want to feel comfortable with your agent and be given a sense of confidence that they know what they are doing. While being an active real estate investor myself, I have extensive knowledge in residential & commercial investment properties, as well as property management. Whether it be a sale, rental or tenant/landlord dispute, I’m well versed in the art of negotiation, always having my clients best interest as my priority. Prior to embarking on a real estate career, I enjoyed over 12 years as creative director in a national B-to-B commercial interior design publication. Bringing a creative eye to the table is most helpful when assisting my clients to see the true potential a property has to offer. Buyers appreciate my real-world experience when considering a property in need of renovation. When they are exposed to all the options a property has to offer, they are able to make an educated and confident decision on what they are purchasing. And this equates to making a good investment!
