New Jersey Real Estate Update 🏡

One question I am hearing more often is:

**“Should I buy now, or should I wait for mortgage rates to come down?”**

The truth is, the interest rate is only one part of the decision.

Buyers should also look at monthly payments, home prices, inventory, competition, seller concessions, and how long they plan to stay in the home.

Sellers also need to be strategic. Pricing and presentation matter, especially when buyers are watching affordability closely.

And New Jersey homeowners should stay informed about programs such as ANCHOR, Senior Freeze, and Stay NJ.

**The bottom line:**
