Some deals - not many - feel streamlined, even easy. Others are more like uphill battles. Vetting offers, losing buyers, negotiating inspection credits, chasing lenders, comforting clients, putting out fires. This one was the latter. Not easy, but with wonderful clients who stuck it out and persevered, and ultimately made it through. They are on to the next bright chapter in their lives, and I am so grateful to have been a small part of that.
