So happy to have listed and sold this dream home!
This 4 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom home had lots of competition in the Stoneybrooke Neighborhood, there were 21 other active homes. This home rose to the top because of age, condition, location, and price.
The home was built in 2017 and was at a perfect age to sell, with all the systems being about 8 years old. So they all had life left!
