When your moving company and cleaning company work together, you get the FULL “welcome home” treatment. 😂📦🧹💗
Apex got them moved in, and The Final Sweep made sure they had one less thing to worry about. Sometimes taking care of our customers goes beyond the move. 💙💗
P.S. Jamie definitely saw those bathrooms and said, “Yeahhhh… I’m gonna need my cleaning supplies.” 😂🧤✨
Sometimes it’s not about the invoice. Sometimes you just see something that needs to be done… and you do it. 💗🧹
We recently moved the sweetest couple into their new home. What was originally expected to be a quick 7–8 hour move turned into TWO full days of packing and moving (2.5 really). 📦😅
While we were unloading, I noticed the bathrooms in their new home were looking a little… crusty. 😂 No judgment whatsoever.. it was pretty clear they simply hadn’t been cleaned before our customers moved in.
After talking with them throughout the move, we learned that her husband is a retired surgeon and that she is a breast cancer survivor. 🎀 And after two long days, an already much-larger-than-expected moving bill, and the stress of getting settled into a new home, the LAST thing I wanted them worrying about was scrubbing somebody else’s bathroom grime.
So I told her: I’ll take care of the bathrooms. No charge. 💗
And y’all… I WENT IN. 😂🧤🧽
Scrubbed, cleaned, sanitized, and got those bathrooms fresh and ready for them to actually enjoy their new home.
Could we have charged for it? Absolutely.
But sometimes running a small family business means knowing when not to.
They had already trusted Apex Movers with getting them into their new home. The Final Sweep could handle one more thing for them.
Now they can unpack, settle in, and have at least ONE less thing on their list. 🥹💗
