The housing market is showing signs of movement again.

According to a June 2026 article from The Well News, citing the National Association of REALTORS®, U.S. existing-home sales rose 3.2% in May, reaching the fastest pace so far this year.

Even with mortgage rates and home prices still elevated, serious buyers are still out there and making decisions.
