1. Virus can visualize living in
2. Staging doesn’t cost nearly as much as you think.
3. Not staging your home could cost you more than you think.
4. Rooms appear much smaller without furniture.
5. Any flaws can be overlooked the eyes will be drawn to the staging.
6. Empty rooms are just boring.🤪

Before you put your home on the market, you do not have to renovate…. Why would you spend $50,000 on renovations when your new buyer might rip out that brand new kitchen you just put in. Spend no more than $5000 for small improvements that go a long we at, and net you more $$$!!! comment “more money” and I’ll send you my list of improvements that will help you prepare your house for sale
