Meet Riley! 🎉

We’d like to formally introduce everyone to Riley, the friendly voice of 840 Inspections! From 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, she’s often the first person our clients and agents speak with, and she does an incredible job taking care of everyone who calls.

Riley has been with us for a little over a year, and we are so grateful to have her on our team. She wears many hats, handles countless tasks each day, and helps keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

Thank you, Riley, for your hard work, dedication, and positive attitude. We appreciate all that you do and are lucky to have you as part of the 840 Inspections family! ❤️🏡

Another great reason why we don’t turn on utilities. The builder came to turn on this heater breaker and witnessed this electrical hook up, failing and almost catching on fire.

One of our Inspectors (and friend) coaches in his spare time! He says “Brantley’s team is going to his first tournament. He also got invited to All Stars! He hit three home runs in his last two games. I had so much fun coaching him!”

This proud father gets up very early to get his 3 kids ready for school, goes out and performs inspections all day and still makes time to run them to their activities and coaches his son’s team.

They say if you want a task to be done, give it to a busy person! We are so blessed to have him on our team! Congrats to Chris Palmer and Brantley!

This is why we won’t turn on water at the meter. While waiting for the city to turn it on, we heard water flowing in the house and the washing machine water was stuck on, resulting in a flood.

These are two different meters that we found two different gas leaks. Do yourself a favor put some soapy water in a spray bottle and spray your gas meter.

Our new crawlspace bot in action! If you have an inaccessible crawlspace this amazing technology can help! This crawlspace was extremely small and challenging with lots of stuff under there, but we still got to it and found a lot of things. The owner did not know.
