🛠️ We got to spend some quality time at the Greater Nashville Apartment Association Maintenance luncheon 🍴 It’s always a good time connecting with you all!

🤗 We were able to join the PMA of Rutherford County folks for their Membership luncheon 🤝 where we got to learn more about some legal changes and updates in our Multifamily lives with Angelita Fisher. 📜 So informative!

💸 And last but not least- helping raise funds for MAA Communities Open Arms Topgolf Nashville where it is their mission to ‘provide a home away from home for those who must travel for medical treatment’ 💰. Open Arms has assisted over 3,759 families since they were founded in 1994. 👏🎉🙌

It's summertime! Does your property have a lot of trees and wildlife? Have you thought about having your property or perhaps your Dog Park areas treated for fleas and ticks?

Ticks may be small, but they pose a significant health risk because they can transmit serious diseases at rapidly increasing rates.

These tiny bugs survive by biting animals or people and feeding on blood. Even though they’re small, they can carry big germs that make people sick, so it’s important to notice them early. Ticks change how they look as they grow, moving through four stages — egg, larva, nymph, and adult — and each stage can look a little different. Knowing these stages helps you recognize a tick quickly and remove it before it becomes a problem.
