We can’t control everything that happens to us each day. But we can control our responses to those things. Whatever happens, I choose not to let my circumstances dictate my mood or run my life. And when I make that choice, I find that I’m able to make each day great, regardless of what comes my way.

I choose to stay positive.

I choose to remain humble.

I choose to make the best of each day.

And yet, I wouldn’t change a thing!

Because that feeling when the contracts are signed, the house keys are handed over, and both parties leave with a smile on their face—there’s nothing like it!

I may work from my car at 7:15pm on a random Sunday, but being a realtor is the best job there is.

Have you ever been sung to on an airplane? Well, as of last weekend, I can say I have!

While David and I were on our flight to Port Aransas to celebrate our 40th anniversary weekend, two ladies sitting near us asked what our plans were while we visited. When we told them we were celebrating four decades together with a little beach and sun, they responded with our very own private concert!

Look around you—life is full of opportunities to celebrate what we’ve been given.

I'm going to spend some time in my garden admiring the flowers that are finally blooming after months of waiting and watering.

Four Women. One Patch.

It’s hard to explain everything I’ve experienced since adding this little patch to my daily routine, so I thought I’d let you hear from a few other women too.

We all have different stories, different reasons we started, and different experiences along the way. But one thing we have in common is that we’ve been pretty amazed by what we’ve noticed.

What fascinates me most is learning more about the body and its incredible ability to support, restore, and renew itself. I’ve also been digging into the story and technology behind these little patches lately, and it’s pretty incredible. I can’t wait to share more.

And one of my favorite things? No pills, pokes, or complicated routine. Just a simple patch I wear each day.

When the best lead of the year falls right into your lap—in the parking lot.

It was a regular day in the early days of my real estate career. She drives up as I’m walking to my car getting ready to leave for the day.

Holding a plat map, she says, “Can you help me find a property in this township, section, and range?”

“Yes ma’am,” I say, hoping against hope that my computer system will support that type of search.”

Not only did it support it, but this same parking lot interaction led to not one, but TWO multi-million-dollar closings with this lady.

Was I in the right place at the right time?

Maybe.

Or, did God place me right where I needed to be in that moment to help someone find the property they needed?

ABSOLUTELY.
