Sitting at a closing table for YOU - thats FUN! Sitting at a closing table for myself - also FUN!
Chris and I bought our first home back in 2016 when we were expecting our first baby. Kind of a rush, need more space, what can we afford purchase. We scrapped by with quarters and a little help from our family & friends and we were homeowners!! 🏡
We poured time, effort, money and LOVE into our 1st home. Bringing home our sweet babies to their own rooms, watching them take their first steps, saying their first words, and many more milestones. Learning how to fix washers and dryers, removing 3 tons of river rock, laying new LVP, painting, repair mishaps and so much more. Milestones of our own too, cooking new foods, gaining new friendships, changing careers, and Chris plunging into his own business which has been the pillar of our success and stability.
We are so grateful for our 1st home but today it is SOLD and we are thrilled for the new owner.
Real estate is so much more than the dollars on the paper or the interest rate. It's where some of the best memories are made. 🥹
