I am not particularly a fan of cold calls, for several reasons, but with that said i am doing a lot of re-searches about it, i saw one article that said "even though it can be annoying at times and done too frequently that 75 % of the people surveyed said according to them that they didn't mind? and agree with its concept ...... Do You Agree with that? let me know......

This I know is very short notice, and I will take the blame, but for anyone living here in Myrtle Beach, or on vacation I will be hosting an open house at 1409 Ashwood Circle from 1-3pm today and tomorrow from 11-2pm. I would love to have you come by and say hello and at the same time do you and your family justice to see this property. It is priced very reasonably and the neighborhood is one that has been a very well kept for years and years. I am also willing to answer any questions regarding today's market and issues like buyer's agent . I got to run hopefully later today i can put together a post with pics.
