The New London County market stayed strong in July, with buyer activity picking up and home values continuing to rise. Single-family pending and closed sales were both up significantly compared to last July, while inventory remains tight keeping competition strong for well-priced homes.

Overall, the numbers continue to point to a healthy market with solid demand, rising values, and opportunities for both buyers and sellers. 🏡
