📊 New London County Market Update – April 2026

📊Home prices across New London County continue to rise, with the median single-family sales price reaching $405K year-to-date, up 6.2% from last year. Inventory remains limited at just 2.2 months supply, helping sellers maintain strong negotiating power.

April activity also picked up compared to last year, with more new listings, pending sales, and closed sales hitting the market. Homes are still selling at or above asking price on average, showing continued buyer demand despite a slightly slower pace than the frenzy of recent years.
