Did you know that the NAHB/Wells Fargo Housing Market Index had an increase of 3 points this past month? 🧐

If you don't know what that is, it's a way to gauge builder perceptions of current single-family home sales and sales expectations for the next six months. That means that more people are starting to build, like my buyers in Plainfield! 🙌
