Fresh Salmon & Greens Bowl with Sesame Dressing ๐๐ฅ๐ฅ
Fresh salmon, creamy avocado, edamame, seaweed salad, and crisp greens come together in this vibrant bowl that's packed with flavor and nutrition. Finished with a savory sesame dressing, it's a refreshing meal perfect for warm summer days.
Ingredients:
8 oz sushi-grade salmon, cubed
1 avocado, sliced
1 cup edamame
1 cup seaweed salad
2 cups mixed greens
1 tbsp sesame seeds
Sesame Dressing:
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp honey
Instructions:
-Arrange greens in a bowl.
-Add salmon, avocado, edamame, and seaweed salad.
-Whisk together dressing ingredients.
