๐ Fall is sneaking up on us!
Before the colder weather gets here, here are a few things worth knocking out around the house:

Clean out gutters & make sure downspouts are draining away from the house
โ
Test the sump pump before we get those heavy fall rains
โ
Get the furnace checked (and change that filter!)
โ
Check for drafts around windows & doors
โ
Trim back trees, bushes & landscaping where needed
