A Tennessee native, Josh graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Accounting from East Tennessee State University. Following college, Josh joined a federal law enforcement agency, serving as a Special Agent for six years. He then attended Cecil C. Humphrey’s School of Law in Memphis, Tennessee, where he completed an internship with a title and escrow company and discovered his passion for real estate and land development.

Upon graduating in the top of his law school class, Josh interned for the 7th Circuit Probate Court of Davidson County. He then practiced law as a sole practitioner, primarily focusing on real estate transactions, compliance, and litigation for condemnation and contractual disputes. He brings valuable experience, market knowledge, and personalized service to the Nashville community.

Outside of real estate and title, Josh is committed to family, friends, and service to others. He enjoys participating in Crossfit, playing tennis, running, scuba diving, golfing, hiking, skiing, and traveling.
