Born in Florida and raised mostly in Huntsville, Alabama, Robby Stone has definitely found a home here in Tennessee. Since moving to Nashville in January 2010, he’s fallen in love with the subtle nuances present in each pocket of the city, and it is this affinity for the city and his passion for people that has led Robby to a career in real estate. The road to becoming a real estate agent has been

paved with an array of career adventures. Earning a degree in Sports Medicine from Samford University in Birmingham, AL before realizing the life of a doctor was not his ultimate passion, the following years would find Robby managing client relations for wedding photographer ABryanPhoto, acting in tv and film roles during his time spent in Los Angeles, entertaining as the front man for several dance bands traveling throughout the southeast and serving up delicious meals at a few restaurants around Nashville. Forever wondering how all of these various jobs and educational experiences would work together toward his future, Robby now sees how each prepared him for his career as a Realtor which began in 2015. Managing the client experience, entertaining and effortlessly engaging those looking to buy or sell in Nashville, and humbly serving those he works for and alongside are all a part of real estate. With years of unconventional and professional career training and consistently over $10 million in sales annually, Robby has honed his skills to perform his job with ease and enthusiasm, and his natural charisma and authenticity are added bonuses to what’s been a successful step into this exciting industry.

Falling in love with a beautiful, Danish girl who was on holiday in Music City led to a precious baby and the need for Dave and Josie to move closer to family overseas. Plus, who would pass on the opportunity to call Denmark home?!?! To prepare for the sale, we talked through plans and options that could help to fully dial in the home and best display the playful, Nordic-inspired feel, and Dave worked tirelessly to implement all the improvements. The result was absolutely adorable and caught the attention of a buyer who saw the value of this versatile property, and were so happy that they’ll call it home. Now this sweet family can fully begin their new life in another land, and I’m so honored I could be a part of the journey!

On your mark. Get set. JUNE!

The April showers pushed to May, and now Summer said “IT’S TIME!!!!!,” and the temperature is cranking up. This makes for some steamy days in Music City, so prepare to step into a sauna every time you leave the comfort of AC. If you find yourself with the urge to rip off your shirt and scream, I get it. It’s brutal.

World events keep turning up the heat on interest rates, inflation, war, and uncertainty about the future. The hesitation caused by these factors can create an environment of fear but also a desire for stability and security. A house is often a refuge from the madness, so it’s no surprise that people continue making moves to homes that bring them peace, comfort, and an escape. I can’t fix everything, but I can definitely help you find a space that makes the world feel a bit brighter (and a home that has a crankin’ HVAC to ensure you stay cool through the blaze)!

This. Woman. Right. Here.

Elena is one of those rare humans that makes you stop and say “how do you do it?!” Incredible mother, freakin’ boss professionally, wildly creative, beautiful inside and out, and sincerely kind and generous. Real estate brought us together when she set out to find her first home years ago, and I’m so thankful it did!

I HATE losing amazing people from our city, but of course I agreed when Elena called me to help sell her East Nashville home in order to move out of state for new adventures. Unsurprisingly, her place looked better than the day she purchased it given her playful style and attention to detail, and we knew the right buyer would fall in love with such a one-of-a-kind home. Sure enough, a young professional moving to town couldn’t resist calling it their own, so we say goodbye to Elena and welcome a new East Nashvillian!

Elena, thank you for being a wonderful friend, an ideal client, and a truly special person on this earth. You’ll be so missed, but I have ZERO doubt that this next phase of life will be absolutely stunning for you! Congrats!!!

My amazing buyers weren’t sure they’d find the ideal landing spot before having to extend their lease another year, but thankfully this beautiful East Nashville build popped up that checked every single box! Of course, another buyer also decided it was the one for them and forced us into a multiple offer situation, but we crafted a clean and strong offer to win out in the end. I can’t wait for them to settle into the neighborhood and plant some roots in Music City!

Goodbye Antioch. Hello East Nashville!

Tiffany has snagged her slice of the neighborhood, and I’m SO excited for her! After considering various options in Madison and East Nashville, she landed on an awesome, new construction townhome with a community pool and incredibly convenient location. I know she’ll settle into her new community perfectly, and I’m already envious of her setup by cool waters on these hot, summer days!

1724 Hanover Rd in East Nashville didn’t take long to grab the attention of a buyer who had to call it their own, and I’m so excited for my sellers. This is the last bit of Nashville to let go of before they make a move abroad, and I’m honored to help them in the transition. Nick’s condo is SOLD, and he’s off to new adventures!

After some heart to heart convos about life, hopes, and a desire for some change, Nick made the call to sell his Nashville pad so he could live an untethered life for a bit. I’m SO excited to see where he lands as he explores new cities and opportunities to discover what feels right.

The universe definitely agreed with his decision given we had a pre-market offer on his Solo East unit in East Nashville before even beginning to market the property! A renter in the building wanted to make things more permanent with this purchase, so the timing all worked perfectly. Huge congrats to Nick, and I’m so thankful I was able to be a part of this next adventure!
