What an honor it was to join forces with my buyer in getting his first home!
He started saving years ago and wanted a simple home that he could spruce up if needed. He found that home and shortly after closing, he's already hired trusted roofers for a replacement and a reputable electrician to change out a stab-lok electrical panel box. I can wait to see how he turns this house into his home!!!

This girl has been through the ringer!
After submitting multiple offers on multiple homes, it turns out she just needed to wait for this perfect townhome to come on the market. We jumped on it and after a bit a negotiating, it was smoothe sailing till closing.
The plan? She will rebuild her funds and eventually buy something to grow in to and use this townhome to rent for extra income.

If you have thought about becoming a realtor because of the flexibility, I will tell you right now that you won't always be working on your time frame.

There are times when I have dropped everything I was doing to tour pretty much on the spot when someone asked to. Within 10 minutes I have scheduled the showing, jumped out of my pajamas, thrown on a basic face and rushed out the door to make it happen for that person.
Most of the time it's for someone whom I have never met but hope to start a working relationship with.
In my case this morning I knew my client wanted to see the home today and having already booked tours in the afternoon, and not wanting to miss church with my family, thankfully this was a time I could set.
