If you want to see how miracles can happen in a real estate transaction, read below. ⬇️ 🙏🏡
A year ago, I sat down with my buyers to create a plan to help them become homeowners. About a month ago, we finally found what felt like the perfect home for them — a brand-new 2026 manufactured home. 🏡
We submitted an offer, it was accepted, and we negotiated terms that worked in my buyers’ favor. Everything seemed to be moving in the right direction.
Then, about three weeks later, we received news that we could no longer move forward with the transaction.
My heart sank knowing I had to have that difficult conversation with my buyers, especially when the wife burst into tears and told me how perfect this home was for their family. 💔
And this is one of those moments when being a REALTOR® becomes so much more than opening doors and writing contracts. Sometimes you become the counselor, the encourager, and the person reminding your clients not to lose hope, that the right home will still find its way to them and that God is still in control even when we don’t understand.
We submitted the Notice of Unilateral Termination. 💔
Then, three days later, very early in the morning, the listing agent called me and said, “Maya, I don’t know what happened, but the sellers have decided to move forward with the sale.”
😳🫨😭
This time, I was the one crying as I called my buyers to give them the news.
And here we are today — at the closing table, celebrating a transaction we once believed had completely fallen through.
This closing will always remind me why it matters to have someone in your corner who will advocate for you, encourage you, and keep believing even when things look impossible, because you trust God with all your heart ❤️
Because nothing is impossible for the one who believes. 🙏❤️🏡
Congratulations to my buyers on their new home. This one is extra special. 🗝️✨
