There are so many out there! Some have years of experience and some are just starting out so why choose me over anyone else? I come from the school of hard knocks and things you can't teach! You either have it or you don't. Every home we've had, we sold ourselves "by owner" and have also helped others sell and find their homes. Do i recommend selling doing it yourself? Heck no! It was a full time

job that took a certain finesse with a combination of stress beyond words! We only did it because we knew too many agents and didn't want to be in a position to choose. We had to go up against a tough industry that wasn't always supportive to the do it yourself-er and earn their trust and confidence while making the buyers as comfortable as possible with the largest financial decision of their lives. In other words, our part had to be absolutely flawless from showing to closing! We had to go above and beyond for everyone involved while putting ourselves last! This meant countless hours of study and research into an industry I was not yet a part of. We had to be on point if this was going to work. This took a great deal of ambition, drive and motivation which also triggered a profound interest in the business of real estate and a personal understanding of what a client needs during a very important time of their lives. So without a lot of fluff and to make a very long story short, the timing was right to get my licence and to help many others with their real estate needs.
