CiD! is owned and operated by Andy Lavash – a born problem-solver. He is a New Braunfels resident with extensive contracting skill as well as public education, carpentry and small-business experience. Attending to peoples’ needs, while maintaining client privacy and confidentiality is nothing new to Andy. As a former special education teacher and administrator, he has been involved with this level of personalization for his entire adult life. Andy is married to the love of his life, has two children and manages his own ranch. From outdated to outstanding!
We recently renovated a small bathroom in Schertz. CiD! removed the bathtub, tub surround, floor and vanity top and gave it a nice new look with larger tile, new vanity top, faucet, paint and lighting.

“Consider it Done!” is what we told our new friends Kathryn and Adam- and we made it happen! 🙌🏼

We lowered the bar, installed a new quartz countertop, sink, and backsplash. We also replaced the cabinet doors and drawers, added paint, and installed under-cabinet lighting as the final touch!

It was a genuinely fun project with minimal mess and/or interruption of the homeowners’ lives.

On Tuesday, we shared half of our most recent bathroom remodel- now here is the other half! 👍🏻

Splitting the vanity gives each person their own space, and the new white cabinets definitely opens up the room!

It’s time to update your shower! 🚿

CiD just completed a master bath remodel in Cibolo. We demoed the old soaker tub and builder-grade shower and replaced them with a larger, frameless glass shower and new vanity with quartz countertop!

Out with the old, in with the new!

During our most recent project,
our team demo’d the old tile floor, vanity, fiberglass tub, and shower. We then installed a modern heated tub, a larger tile/glass shower, new tile floors, and new vanity countertop and undermount sinks. Finished up with a fresh coat of paint - Consider it Done!

Meet Andy and the Lavash Family!

A New Braunfels resident with extensive contracting, business and property management experience, Andy is also a skilled carpenter, handyman, rancher and born problem-solver. As a former special education teacher and administrator, Andy has been immersed in client relations throughout his professional career. In fact, being attentive to customer needs, while maintaining strict confidentiality, is key to his success. Andy still maintains his valid Texas teaching certifications, holds a Commercial Driver’s License and is bonded. He manages his ranch with the help of his wife, Laura, and two children-Marshall and Morgan.
