City of New Orleans Boil Water Advisory
Please be advised that 1555 Poydras is currently under a precautionary Boil Water Advisory issued by the Sewerage & Water Board of New Orleans due to a drop in water pressure caused by a water main break.
Under this advisory, all tap water used for drinking and ice production must be boiled or bottled until further notice.
Important Information:
• Restrooms remain fully operational and may continue to be used normally.
• Effective immediately, please use bottled or boiled water for:
o Drinking
o Coffee or beverage preparation
• If your suite has an ice machine, water cooler, or refrigerator water dispenser connected to the building’s water supply, please discontinue use until the advisory is lifted.
Boil water advisories typically remain in effect for at least 24 hours while water quality testing is completed. Please monitor the Sewerage & Water Board of New Orleans website at https://www.swbno.org/News/BoilWater for official updates. Management will also provide notice once the advisory has been cleared.
