Bob and Spring Loberg founded St. Croix County Abstract & Title Co. in 2003 with a clear purpose: bring dependable, full-service title work to a community that would grow alongside them. More than two decades later, that purpose still drives everything they do.

Drawing on the success of their established title company in Ellsworth, WI, the Lobergs began looking for the right place to expand. New Richmond stood out as a natural fit โ a close-knit, growing community where a full-service title company could make a real difference. Their first three employees all called New Richmond home, and that local connection only deepened over time. Today, eight of the company's fourteen staff members are graduates of New Richmond High School.
