MINA is a home inspection business that focuses on doing Full Home Residential Inspections, Pre-Drywall Inspections, Wind Mitigations, Four Points, and Roof Certifications. It is owned by Michael Hartman who saw the need for a quality home inspection agency in the Central Florida Area. Michael runs the company with his mother by his side, who takes phone calls, does customer service, and even helps with the accounting! Michael and his mother saw what was happening and didn’t wait for someone to do the same to them. This is when they decided that they were going to take their financial situation into their own hands. Mina is a small family-owned business that is growing rapidly. We have close relationships with all of our clients, which is something only a small family business can offer.
